We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing operations in Japan, with a focus on recruitment for our Refund Operations business. The role is responsible for sourcing and hiring talent across Japan, managing the entire candidate journey from sourcing to verbal offer.
Requirements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: source, screen, interview, and support hiring decisions
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process
- Serve as a point of contact for candidate inquiries
- Handle recruitment-related administrative tasks, including job postings and interview scheduling
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in the HR database
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies when needed
- Manage postings and activity across job boards
- Provide regular recruitment status reports and analytics
- Collaborate closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team, as well as regional/local HR teams and key business stakeholders
- Additional responsibilities include stakeholder management, recruitment reporting and support for employer branding initiatives
