Job Description
The Area Process Manager – Recovery at the Global Cellulose Fibers (GCF) Riegelwood Mill will provide leadership to the Recovery team and Operation shift crews to achieve or exceed the targeted goals. A successful candidate empowers employees and leads the implementation of processes and systems designed to stabilize and improve the manufacturing process for the Recovery area.
Requirements
- Actively engage operating teams to foster a resilient safety culture
- Understand environmental regulations and ensure compliance is met
- Provide oversight leadership to the MWS team for Recovery area
- Drive for continuous improvements in operating strategies to drive for improved efficiency and reduced energy cost
- Complete annual outage preparation, planning and execution
- Establish training expectations and/or certification requirements for the Recovery area
