Employment Officer I job description: support credit union and subsidiary recruitment, interviewing and selection activities, maintain knowledge of Recruitment and Onboarding activities, lead Employment Specialists.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Three years experience in a relevant position with a minimum of two years Human Resources and/or staff recruitment experience
• Strong communication and human relation skills with the ability to interview and assess candidate qualifications
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel required
• Accurate data entry and effective time management skills required
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks to meet expected timelines for assigned work
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
