Financial Services Representative I position at Global Credit Union, responsible for delivering positive member experiences, performing transactions, and making financial product recommendations. Must engage with existing and prospective members, provide expert knowledge of credit union products and services, and ensure accuracy and completion of transactions and member service requests.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Creditable experience in lieu of education: not applicable
• Passion for helping people and the drive to build relationships that assist members meet financial goals
• Good communication and human relation skills
• Ability to effectively ask open-ended questions, problem solve and provide solutions
• Develop strong working relationships with coworkers and business line partners through collaboration
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
