Process incoming mail transactions, MRMS and returned mail. Research and resolve non-confirming mail share and loan transactions. Provide account status letters and documents to members as requested.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Not applicable
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with members and employees on complex account issues
- Familiarity with cashiering functions and ability to process and record transactions accurately
- Aptitude for math and general accounting
- Ability to work with limited supervision, solve problems, display good judgment and pay attention to detail
- Well organized and able to adapt to new policies and procedures
