Global Data Systems, Inc. is seeking a Remote Services Technician to provide superior customer service and technical support via phone, email, and web-based tools. The ideal candidate will have strong networking knowledge, a CCNA certification, and experience working with Microsoft, iDirect, and Cisco technologies.

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Experience in network troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Microsoft, iDirect, and Cisco technologies
• CCNA certification (or equivalent)
• High School diploma
• One year of technology-related experience
• Three months of customer service experience
