The Group Legal Counsel will support the Group holding companies, operating with independence and strong judgment, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders. The role includes cross-border corporate transactions, M&A, capital markets, and compliance projects.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 5–9 years' PQE
- Strong project management capability
- Risk management capability
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Fluent in English
