Corporate Counsel - Contracts

The Corporate Counsel - Contracts role is a newly created position at Global Guardian, responsible for managing the company's contract lifecycle, working with various teams to ensure agreements are current, complete, and properly archived.

Requirements

• JD from accredited law school
• 1-3 years' experience at a law firm, government agency, or corporate legal department
• Thorough understanding of commercial contract principles
• Experience in drafting, redlining, and negotiating B2B service contracts
• Experience using Ironclad or similar contract management system (CMS)
