Corporate Counsel - Construction Contracts

Corporate Counsel position providing legal services to Paradigm Power Delivery, Inc. and Renewable Concepts LLC. Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, and assist with legal issues related to business licensing and training. Assist the Construction General Counsel with post-award legal support and contract interpretation. Requires a strong transactional background in negotiating agreements for the power and construction industries.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Minimum 8 years of experience in transactional law, including experience negotiating complex agreements related to engineering, construction, or the supply of equipment and services to the power generation industry
• Excellent drafting skills, superior attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
