Job Description
Global Industrial seeks an Outside Sales Account Manager to promote MRO products and solutions, identify customer needs, and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of outside sales experience, a strong customer-focused approach, and exceptional communication skills.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience within the MRO or industrial supplies industry
- Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and operations products and the needs of manufacturing or facility management
- Proven success in B2B sales with a strong customer-focused approach
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and territory planning abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite for tracking and reporting
- Basic understanding of MRO product lines, including material handling, tools, safety equipment, fasteners, or related supplies
- Knowledge of material handling and industrial maintenance is a plus
