Job Description
Regional Sales Director responsible for leading and developing a team of Commercial/Retail Inside Sales Managers and Account Managers across 3 sales offices, driving revenue growth and achieving strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience in sales environment, preferably in the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) sector
- Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals in a Business-to-Business (B2B) context
- Advanced mathematical skills with expertise in financial analysis
- Results-driven mindset with strong commitment to achieving and exceeding organizational sales goals
- Exceptional organizational, administrative, and time management skills
