Job Description
Join GLS as a Senior Operations Manager to manage, build, and lead an assigned operational team, develop and grow the team to meet business needs, and participate in the development of the organization’s strategic direction.
Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in auto finance operations or similar industry
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience building and leading teams and managers
