Guest Service Supervisor

The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, organizing work processes, and providing a guest-friendly shopping experience. The role involves coaching employees, adhering to safety and security policies, and executing guest service programs. Additional responsibilities include cash processing, vendor checks, and maintaining store housekeeping.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation
