Guest Service Supervisor

The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees, organizing work processes, and ensuring excellent guest service. The role involves coaching employees, adhering to safety and security policies, and maintaining store operations. The supervisor will also be responsible for cash processes, inventory management, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints.

Requirements

• Supervise employees and ensure they are performing all job duties
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
• Operate the point of sale and maintain proper cash levels
• Ensure store housekeeping functions are completed
• Responsible for cash processes, including deposit preparation and lottery management
• Address guest inquiries and complaints
• Check in external and internal vendors
• Availability to work flexible hours, including day, nights, weekends, and holidays
