Guest Service Supervisor

Our Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for accomplishing store objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes directed by management. They must be available to work flexible hours and be efficient and organized.

Requirements

• Supervise employees and perform all job duties implemented by management
• Coaching employees by giving them constructive feedback
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies
• Operate the point of sale and maintain proper cash levels
• Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines
