Requirements

• Supervise employees and ensure they are performing job duties
• Coaching employees with constructive feedback
• Greet guests and provide a positive shopping experience
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash processes
• Maintain store housekeeping and execute guest service programs
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
