The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, organizing work processes, and ensuring a positive guest experience at Mr. Mike's in York, ME.
Requirements
- Supervise employees and ensure they perform job duties
- Coach employees with constructive feedback
- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
- Adhere to safety, security, and quality policies
- Operate the point of sale and manage cash levels
