Job Description
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, organizing work processes, and ensuring excellent guest service. They will coach employees, adhere to safety and security policies, and maintain store housekeeping functions. The role requires flexibility, efficiency, and organization.
Requirements
- Supervise employees and ensure they are performing all job duties
- Coach employees with constructive feedback
- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
- Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
- Maintain proper cash levels and operate the point of sale
- Ensure store housekeeping functions are completed
- Responsible for all cash processes and guest service programs
- Address inquiries and complaints from guests
- Check in external and internal vendors
