Requirements
- Supervise employees to ensure they are performing job duties
- Coaching employees by giving them constructive feedback
- Greet guests and provide a positive shopping experience
- Adhere to safety, security, and store operations policies
- Operate the point of sale and manage cash processes
- Ensure store housekeeping functions are completed
- Address guest inquiries and complaints
- Check in vendors and replenish products
- Must be available to work flexible hours
- Must be efficient and organized
- High school diploma or equivalent required
