Guest Service Supervisor

Our Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, organizing work processes, and providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. This role is responsible for ensuring all store housekeeping functions are completed, operating the point of sale, and addressing inquiries and complaints from guests.

Requirements

• Supervise employees
• Coaching employees with constructive feedback
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
• Operate the point of sale
• Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed
• Ensure the execution of guest service programs and processes
• Responsible for all cash processes
• Replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests
• Check in external and internal vendors
