Job Description
Our Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff and organizing work processes to accomplish store objectives. They must ensure a pleasant shopping experience for guests, adhere to safety and quality policies, and operate the point of sale system.
Requirements
- Supervise employees
- Coaching employees by giving constructive feedback
- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
- Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
- Operate the point of sale system
- Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed
- Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs
- Responsible for all cash processes
- Address inquiries and complaints from guests
- Check in external and internal vendors
