Job Description
Our Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, organizing work processes, and providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. The GSS will ensure all store operations policies, procedures, and practices are executed, and maintain proper cash levels, customer service, and store housekeeping.

- Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
- Operate the point of sale
- Maintain proper cash levels
- Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed

- Manage cash processes
- Address inquiries and complaints from guests
