Job Description
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff and organizing work processes to achieve store objectives. The role involves coaching employees, greeting guests, and providing an enjoyable shopping experience.
Requirements
- Supervise employees and ensure they are performing job duties implemented by management
- Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve task performance
- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
- Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and procedures
- Operate the point of sale and maintain proper cash levels
- Ensure store housekeeping functions are completed and execute guest service programs
- Responsible for cash processes and replenishing products
- Address guest inquiries and complaints
- Check in vendors and maintain organized and efficient work environment
