Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Global Relay is seeking a highly hands-on Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support US-based teams in a fast-paced, regulated SaaS environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience
• At least 5 years as a hands-on HR Business Partner with full employee lifecycle ownership
• Prior experience supporting teams within a technology, SaaS, or high-growth environment
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, UKG, BambooHR, ADP, or similar)
