CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

A Global Talent is advising Poti S/A in the search for a CFO responsible for managing cash, funding, and relationships with banks, funds, and partners in Itapema-SC. The CFO will structure and implement a financial restructuring plan, develop alternative funding strategies, and manage relationships with banks, investors, and developers.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a CFO, Head Financeiro or equivalent position in real estate developers, construction companies or companies in the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of structured credit operations and alternative funding (debentures, CRI, FIDC).
• Proven experience in financial and operational restructuring.
• High-level negotiation skills with banks, funds, and investors.
• Strategic profile, resilient, hands-on, and with a broad business vision, capable of acting under pressure.
