Chief Financial Officer

IBMC is managing an executive search for a global Fintech firm. The firm is in a phase of strategic scaling and seeks a Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial operations across multiple international jurisdictions. The CFO will be a key strategic partner to the Board, driving the company’s financial planning, audits, and compliance while leading a high-performing global finance team.

Requirements

• Minimum 12-15 years of senior financial leadership experience
• At least 5 years as a CFO or VP of Finance
• Proven background in Proprietary Trading, Hedge Funds, or high-frequency Fintech firms is mandatory
• Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting and professional certification (CPA, CFA, or CA)
• Native or professional-level English is mandatory
