IBMC is managing an executive search for a global Fintech firm looking for a Chief Financial Officer with experience in Prop Trading or Fintech landscape, capable of managing complex capital structures, multi-currency reporting, and high-stakes financial risk. The CFO will oversee all financial operations across multiple international jurisdictions and drive the company's financial planning, audits, and compliance while leading a high-performing global finance team.

Requirements

• Minimum 12-15 years in senior financial leadership
• Proven background in Proprietary Trading, Hedge Funds, or high-frequency Fintech firms is mandatory
• Master's degree in Finance/Accounting and professional certification (CPA, CFA, or CA)
