Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed measurements of integrated photonic devices, circuits and subsystems, Develop, build, and operate customized optical measurement setups, etc.
Requirements
- BSc, or MSc in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a relevant discipline with focus on Silicon Photonics or Integrated Optics
- 1+ years of relevant industrial experience
- Strong fundamentals in physics, electromagnetics, and integrated optics
- Hands-on experience in characterization and measurement of integrated photonic circuits
- Programming and data analysis skills using MATLAB, LabVIEW, and/or Python
- Solid understanding of silicon photonics fabrication, packaging and testing methods
- Experience with high-speed photonic device characterization is a strong
