Engineer - Technology Development

TD Process Integration are the core of the process development leading and harnessing the various department (Modules, Rel, PDK, Device) for the success of developing a process and hence products for Fab to ramp production.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of the CMOS processing and device in foundry
• Able to run and execute experimental splits to extract out the critical result required for the program
• Communicate and good personal skills with various department to execute program need
• Soft skill excel, powerpoint, pantheon added advantage
• Able to ensure long hours and stress in the process of work especially during critical milestone of the project
