Job Description
GlobalFoundries is a leading full-service semiconductor foundry providing design, development, and fabrication services. The Engineer Technology Development will develop process flows and process recipes, ensure product quality, and analyze reports to determine trends and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical and Electronics or BEng (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Material Sc) or BSc (Physics/Chemistry) and above
- 1 – 2 years relevant working experiences
