Job Description
Lead and manage a team of senior engineers to achieve corporate goals in Reliability, providing reliability analysis and lab support, and establishing reliability test methodology.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Engineering (Electronics, Materials or Physics) or Science
- 8 years of relevant experience in reliability tests
- Knowledge of wafer fabrication & ISO9000/QS9000/TS16949
- Knowledge of MOS Device Physics & Reliability Statistics
- Knowledge of Reliability Test-Chip Layout Design
