Job Description
GlobalFoundries is seeking a Engineer Reliability to provide support to Fab on reliability activities, including process reliability monitoring, process development, and testing. The successful candidate will have basic Reliability knowledge, understanding of Reliability failure mechanisms, and collaboration skills.
Requirements
