Job Description
GlobalFoundries is seeking a Principal Eng Reliability engineer to collaborate with fab and technology development teams, provide technical support on qualifications & reliability improvements, and design and characterize reliability test structures.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering (Electronics, Materials or Physics) or PhD
- At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor reliability and/or relevant working experience in interconnect or device level reliability testing / modeling / test structure design and process integration knowledge
- Fluency in English Language – Written & verbal
