Job Description
GlobalFoundries is seeking highly skilled and motivated Engineering interns to become part of our state-of-the-art factory in Singapore. As an intern, you will either be assigned as equipment or process engineering, with responsibilities including improving equipment effectiveness, troubleshooting, and participating in quality improvement teams.
Requirements
- Actively pursuing a Diploma in Chemical engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering, Materials Science or related field during the time of internship.
- 20-24 week credit-bearing internship from Mar 2026 onwards.
