University Intern - Year 2026

GlobalFoundries is seeking highly skilled and motivated Engineering interns to become part of our state-of-the-art factory. You will either be assigned as Equipment or Process engineering.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemistry & Physics
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
