Principal Attorney Commercial Agreements

Supporting semiconductor sales contracts by drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and licenses, with occasional M&A transactions and vendor agreements. Lead attorney for specific types of customer arrangements, standard terms, and related processes.

Requirements

• LLB (or equivalent degree) and 18 years of experience in a law firm or comparable corporate environment with a sophisticated commercial transactions practice
• Excellent contract drafting skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Effective communication skills, including verbal and written communication with all levels of employees
• Proven success working in cross-functional and geographically diverse teams
• Strong interest in and proven track record with challenging assignments
• Shift work hours to support clients in the United States time zones
