Principal Attorney Commercial Agreements

Principal Attorney Commercial Agreements responsible for managing the drafting and negotiation of GlobalFoundries' most complex and strategically significant sales transactions, with occasional international travel required.

Requirements

• J.D., LLB (or equivalent degree)
• 10+ years of experience at a law firm or comparable corporate environment in a sophisticated commercial transactions practice
• Excellent contract drafting skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form with all levels of employees throughout the company
• Proven success working in cross-functional and geographically diverse teams and utilizing available company resources effectively
• Strong interest in and proven track record with challenging assignments
• Management experience preferred
• Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
