Principal Eng Integration & Yield

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Principal Process Integration Engineer to lead the development, optimization, and integration of semiconductor processes to drive yield improvement, product performance, and manufacturability. The successful candidate will serve as a technical expert, guiding complex problem-solving, influencing cross-functional teams, and delivering strategic process improvements across product lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Masters in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related discipline
• Extensive experience in semiconductor process integration, yield engineering, or related areas
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges
