Principal Integration Engineer

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Principal Integration Engineer to lead the process integration team on baseline improvement and CIP's in 45RFSOI and 45RFe technologies, with a focus on developing and delivering advanced technology for mass production.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Solid State Physics (or relevant STEM degree)
• 4-5 years' experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related field
• Fluency in English language (both written and verbal)
• Experience leading engineer team, developing and delivering advanced technology for mass production
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written
• Demonstrated structured problem-solving skills and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
