Job Description
We are looking for a Principal Engineer Technology Development - RF Test to support the development, optimization, and qualification of RFSOI semiconductor devices and technologies.
Requirements
- Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years relevant experience for Degree/Masters.
- RF test and characterization experience.
- Knowledge of semiconductor device physics
- Knowledge of RF fundamentals (e.g. S-parameters, Harmonics, Noise Figure) is a plus.
- RF test experience in on-wafer measurements and setup of test equipment (e.g. probers, semiconductor device analyzers, network analyzers) valued.
- Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition.
- Excellent analytical and optimization skills.
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
