Job Description
We are looking for Senior Engineers to manage process qualification, stability and continuous improvement programs to deliver organizational goals at GlobalFoundries in Singapore. As a Senior Engineer, Process Engineering (Etch), you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver process excellence and lead small teams to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- Degree/Master in Engineering Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Microelectronics, Sciences (Physics / Chemistry) and Material Science
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in process engineering, preferably in a semiconductor industry
- Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
- Strong SPC knowledge (Statistical Process Control)
- Experienced in high volume production environment
- Knowledge of process engineering software systems and MES system (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
