Senior Engineer, TD Wet Process Development

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our team in Singapore. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for starting up, developing and optimizing processes to improve product quality and reliability. You will work on process yield improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement, and risk management. You will also be required to identify, diagnose and resolve assembly process related problems by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D or SPC/FDC methodology.

Requirements

• Masters in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science with 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
• PhD in Chemical Engineer, Chemistry, Material Science or related field
• Prior wet processing and/or chemistry experience in academia or within the semiconductor industry
• Experience generating presentations and reports
• Qualified candidates should also have a good background in organic and inorganic chemistry, and knowledge of integrated circuit processing and semiconductor devices
