Senior Engineer, Product Engineering (PVD)

Senior Engineer, Product Engineering position at GlobalFoundries in Singapore. The role involves sustaining and improving process / SPC to meet quality, cost, productivity requirements and performing complex technical issues resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in process engineering, preferably in a Electronics / Electrical industry
• Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
• Perform Normal / Swing Shift (or 12-hour rotating shift if required)
• Analytical with good interpersonal skills
• Excellent team player
• High Integrity
