Join our Operations Training and Development (OTD) team as a Senior Engineer to design and lead learning initiatives that build critical technical capabilities and empower individuals and teams to fuel organizational growth. In this strategic role, you'll foster a continuous learning culture and enhance workforce capabilities through technical learning strategies, training delivery, and evaluation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Front-End Semiconductor industry.
- Experience in Learning and Organizational Development is an advantage.
- ACLP certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, verbal, and written.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, resourceful, and innovative with a passion for continuous learning and self-development.
