Senior Development Engineer

Neste is looking for a Senior Development Engineer to join their Asset Development team in Singapore. The successful candidate will lead the development of investment projects in accordance with Neste's Plant investment principal and work closely with site and global teams to turn improvement ideas into capex projects. The role involves project development and management, project lifecycle responsibility, and project support and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field
• 5-7 years of experience in operations and capital investment projects in the oil refining or petrochemicals industries
• Strong leadership skills and stakeholder management
• Good communication, presentation, and EQ skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Responsible attitude and safety-oriented mindset
