Senior Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our team in Ipoh, Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for studying and recommending measures to improve manufacturing cost and efficiency, establishing equipment and headcount capacity, and ensuring compliance to safety and quality guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or its equivalents
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Industrial engineering (functional skills)
• Leadership capabilities to manage a virtual team or as working player to drive operation improvement
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
• AutoCAD knowledge
• Analytical and able to interact at all levels
• MTM, MOST, or other work measurement methods
