Job Description
Join our team at GlobalFoundries as a Senior Engineer in RF/mmW Device Modeling, where you will play a critical role in enabling first-time design success for our customers. This position focuses on the development and delivery of high-quality device models for advanced RF/mmW technologies.
Requirements
- Develop and validate RF/mmW device models for circuit applications such as Power Amplifiers (PA) and Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA).
- Analyze and interpret RF device characteristics and measurement data.
- Prepare and process test data for model extraction and validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, i.e., device engineers, modeling experts and circuit designers.
- Document findings and provide technical recommendations through detailed reports and presentations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in modeling methodologies and workflows.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHSS).
