Job Description
G-P is a SaaS-based Global Employment Platform that enables clients to expand into over 180 countries. As an HR Specialist, you'll work with clients to manage their global teams, advise on complex HR matters, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Knowledge of EoR Industry is desirable
- Fluent Italian and English
- Deep expertise in Italian labor laws and employment regulations in Southern Europe
- Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools
