As an HR Specialist in the Employer of Record (EOR) industry, you'll be a key business partner to our clients, not just a service provider. You'll sit at the intersection of global expansion and workforce management- advising clients on complex HR matters focusing mainly on Eastern Europe as well as supporting additional countries as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Fluent English and Polish speaker
- Deep expertise in Eastern European labor laws and strong working knowledge of employment regulations more broadly in Europe
- Experience supporting complex employee relations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with AI tools, HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools like Zoom & Slack
