Sr Director, Go-To-Market (APAC)

We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to serve as the Sr Director GTM operations in the region, responsible for synchronizing all revenue-generating and retention functions—Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and BDRs. The role involves leading regional GTM strategy, scaling strategic partnerships, matrix leadership, cross-functional orchestration, and market advocacy.

Requirements

• Proven GTM Leadership: Extensive experience leading Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development functions, preferably within the tech or SaaS sector.
• Matrix Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to influence and lead teams without direct hierarchical authority (dotted-line management).
• Partnership Specialist: A strong track record of building and executing successful partnership programs from the ground up.
• Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the APAC business landscape and GTM nuances.
• Strategic Communication: Ability to navigate complex internal organizations and external negotiations with senior stakeholders.
